Return Policy

Cancellations & Returns

We guarantee the quality at elatika - we have great faith on associated nursery owners of making sure every plant go out of delivery in ideal condition. However we will replace or refund any plants that do not arrive in good condition. Please do not accept any products with damaged items. Please check your order immediatley and return damaged item via same delivery person.

If not you need to let us know by email / phone as soon as possible, and within 1 day of purchase, and supply photo evidence to us, via email: help@elatika.com

Conditions for return:

1) In case product is totally different from what you ordered.
2) In case you recieved damaged products. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged product maximum within 1 day of delivery.
3) elatika do not encourage policy of forcing customers to keep damaged item.
4) elatika strongly believe in return policy and trying not to keep waiting customers for their refunds.
